The add-ons

The gaps they fill

Certificates never expire

Once LearnDash issues a certificate it stays valid for good. If your training has to be renewed every year, someone ends up tracking dates in a spreadsheet and chasing people by email.

The fix: LearnDash Certificate Expiry

The guide: How to make LearnDash certificates expire

Certificate Expiry Certifications screen listing each student with course, status, date granted and expiry date

Affiliates can't see pending referrals

An affiliate's dashboard shows paid, unpaid and rejected referrals, but not the ones still pending, and no reason for any of them. So they email you to ask where their commission went.

The fix: WP Referral Clarity

The guide: What “pending” means in AffiliateWP, and how to stop “where’s my commission?” emails

WP Referral Clarity dashboard with revenue, referrals, conversion rate, pending referrals and anomalies needing review

Order search stops at the basics

The Orders screen can't search order notes, SKUs or custom checkout fields without custom code. Finding "the order with the gift note for Sam" means scrolling.

The fix: WC Order Search Pro

The guide: How to search WooCommerce orders by SKU, order note or custom field

WC Order Search Pro results with saved searches and a Matched in column showing why each order matched

Shoppers can't ask your store a question

Product search matches keywords, not questions. A shopper who wants to know what fits, what's in stock or when it would arrive has to email you, or leaves.

The fix: Woo AI Product Recommender

The guide: An AI shopping assistant for WooCommerce that doesn’t make up prices

Woo AI Product Recommender chat answering a shopper’s question with live products and prices
